Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to SnafuFinder services supplied by Eric Bouchard, a British Columbia sole proprietor operating publicly as edr0id. Complimentary beta audits collect no payment and therefore do not create a payment refund.
14-day voluntary request window
Refund requests should be sent within 14 calendar days after purchase to support@edr0idsonline.ca with the PayPal order or transaction reference and the reason for the request.
When a full refund is available
- The service charged more than once for the same intended audit.
- A verified payment completed but the service did not produce or make the purchased report available.
- The report was generated for a different URL because of a service error.
After a report is delivered
A completed report is a delivered digital service. A lower score, unexpected blocker, disagreement with a finding, or a later change to the store does not by itself qualify for a refund. Support will investigate reproducible errors and correct the report where reasonably possible.
Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. They will be initiated without unreasonable delay and, where a refund is required by applicable British Columbia consumer-protection law, within the period required by that law.
Statutory cancellation rights
The 14-day voluntary request window does not replace or restrict cancellation, refund, charge-reversal, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Those rights may apply outside the voluntary window, including where required contract information or delivery obligations are not met.
How to give notice
Email support@edr0idsonline.ca. Include a statement that you want to cancel or request a refund, the reason, the PayPal order, invoice, or transaction reference, and the date of your notice. Email provides a record of when the notice was sent.
