Terms of Service
These terms form an agreement between the customer and Eric Bouchard, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada, operating the SnafuFinder publicly as edr0id.
Free validation beta
During the current validation beta, the free audit shows a readiness score, detected blocker and warning diagnoses, sanitized technical evidence, and checks that passed. Hands-on implementation, automated fixes, and ongoing monitoring are not included in the audit. This temporary beta disclosure does not establish a permanent free pricing model. Free audits are rate limited and do not create a paid order.
Complimentary beta invitations
A valid private beta invitation may provide one complete audit for CAD $0.00 without PayPal. Invitations are limited, single-use, time-limited, revocable before redemption, and may be restricted to a named platform. A beta audit is not a purchase and does not create a payment receipt or refund entitlement. Beta participants receive separate private report and feedback links. Feedback is optional and is not required to keep the report.
What you purchase
The displayed one-time price purchases one complete automated audit of one public storefront URL and one private, plain-language launch-readiness report containing issue details, evidence, and remediation guidance. It does not include hands-on implementation of the suggested fixes. The audit checks public technical and operational signals available when it runs. The checkout displays the item price, taxes, total price, currency, payment terms, delivery details, and refund policy before the customer accepts the purchase.
Payment and delivery
Payment is collected once through PayPal. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Digital service begins after PayPal verifies the payment. The private report is delivered by browser link and email as soon as the automated audit can complete. The emailed receipt is the customer’s retainable copy of the purchase contract and includes the contract date, customer name, service, price, payment references, delivery terms, and policy links.
Important limits
The report is informational and based on the public store at a point in time. It does not guarantee sales, uninterrupted operation, payment-provider approval, security, accessibility, tax compliance, or legal compliance. Policy checks identify operational signals and are not legal advice, professional certification, or a substitute for qualified review.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only a public store you own, operate, or are authorized to assess.
- Do not use the service to probe private networks, credentials, or systems without authorization.
- Provide accurate checkout or beta delivery information.
- Keep private report, invitation, and feedback links confidential.
- Review and test proposed fixes before applying them to a live business.
Refunds and cancellation notices
The voluntary refund-request window and eligibility rules are stated in the Refund Policy. Requests and cancellation notices can be sent to support@edr0idsonline.ca with the PayPal order, invoice, or transaction reference.
Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because a target site or third-party provider cannot be reached. If a verified payment completes but the service cannot produce or make the purchased report available, the Refund Policy applies.
Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights under British Columbia consumer-protection law.
